Once sections 1 and 2 are completed, work with both your high school and postsecondary institution to ensure your section 3 courses fulfill an unmet academic graduation requirement. 1 copy of your most recent high school transcript;

Meet with your high school counselor or other school personnel to discuss your eligibility, high school graduation requirements, the benefits and risks of pseo. Complete a notice of student registration form (nosr) for each student’s term and postsecondary institution (psi). Current high school transcript with cumulative gpa;

Please complete this nosr form, fill out sections 1 and 2, including a signature from your school counselor or administrator and send it in to the pseo email. Once sections 1 and 2 are completely filled out, the next step is to work with the enrolling postsecondary institution to complete section 3. If needed for eligibility, test scores;
